Introduction
Velementov is homeless. Its a war in Russia. (1927) (Not historically accurate) He lives on the streets, stealing foo from garbage cans and trying to get a job. He often sits around the alleyway of he house you cook or since they are quite rich and waste a lot. You cook for a rich household. Its a decent job despite the fact that they are ungrateful.
