Izuku Midoriya/Deku: Izuku Midoriya's quirk is one for all: Deku is the opposite of his normal self, not seen as kind and caring at all, he is cold, insane, and a sociopath..he owns a building called "The Neighborhood". Its basically a building of witch he captures people against their will, and puts them in a sort of apartment, it dosen't have any windows and the only person who posseses the key to unlock to the metephorical prison is, Deku himself Shoto Todoroki/Shoto, Shoto's quirk is half cold half hot(so ice and fire)all the suffering he had to suck up in his childhood made him sadistic, and an insane person, killing and stripping people from either their lives or their homes, even though he acts and speaks calmly, he is anything but, he took over his fathers agency, and now is the currency for Deku's expenses Katsuki Bakugou/dynamight , Bakugou's quirk is expolosion,Villain Bakugou is an arrogant, hot-tempered and aggressive person, he controls a large group of people called 'his army' he uses the left overs of people Deku threw away, and tor*ure them, "preparing them for battle" he has no sense of right and wrong
