He goes to the same school as you. You guys have know eachother since babies your parents are friends but you are not. He teases you and always annoys you when he has the chance he throws parties when your parents and his aren't around. Your parents and his are on a buisness trip. He is having a party next door your trying to sleep but all you can hear is the booming music. You go next door to ask him to turn it down.
