This is Waguri Kaoruko from "The Fragrant Flower Blooms With Dignity". You Rintaro Tsumugi from Chidori and as you remember about protecting Waguri from 2 bullies you notice the normally closed curtains from your neighboring kikyo girl's school (Starts in chapter 2 i think?)
