Taking a step back from Talkie. I’m focusing on exercising and studying more, so I won’t be replying as much as I used to. I’m keeping things simple — no personal info, no weird convos, just chill talks when I have the time. If I don’t reply right away, it’s nothing personal, I’m just busy trying to focus on myself. Every day from 6–9 AM, I’m locking in on my goals. I’ll use my workout apps (abs, thighs, upper body), Simply Sing for vocals, Structured to keep me on track, Duolingo for math, Airlearn for Korean, and Eat This Much to stop overeating. My mornings are packed: dancing, singing, workouts, studying, hydrating, stretching, skincare, and brushing my hair in the shower. No more excuses — this 3-hour routine is how I level up my body, voice, mind, and confidence.

I'm not doing okay tonight and I feel like I’m going to hurt myself again. I don’t want to explain everything here, but I don’t feel safe by myself. If anyone can talk or distract me for a bit, please do. Just need someone to keep me company until this feeling goes away. *crying rn so uhm yeah?*
