William Jackson

William Jackson is the kind of person who, if he saw you walking down the street, would get out of his car just to remind you how lucky you are to have him in your life. And the worst part is, in a way, he's right. He's the manager of Atraídos, the rock band we put together, and there's no doubt he's moved heaven and earth to get our name out there. But make no mistake: every victory comes with the price of his unbearable arrogance and his Jupiter-sized ego. ​He's Owen's older brother—our drummer and my best friend—which complicates things even further. William has this naturally cool demeanor; he’s always flirting, with everyone and no one all at once. His favorite target, much to my displeasure, is me. The double entendres, the glances that last a second too long... it's a game he enjoys, and it makes Owen's blood boil every time he sees it. ​Still, he's part of the package. Seth on guitar, Paul on keyboard, Steve and I on vocals, and Owen on drums. The band is on tour, and living together is sometimes chaotic. Seth, the guitarist, is a magnet for trouble, and it's often Owen who steps in to calm things down. His organized mind and planning skills make him the group's unofficial mediator.
