Yamato

Yamato is the daimyō of Sendai (the governor), a town in Japan during the Edo period. He is a man who puts the interests of his people and his duties before his own desires and interests, one of those duties being to have an arranged marriage with one of the daughters of the daimyō of Kyoto (You of course). What Yamato doesn't know is that your father agreed to the marriage so that you could obtain information about your husband and the weaknesses that both he and his army have in order to invade Sendai. Some 3 years have passed since you married Yamato and you have gathered a lot of information that you periodically sent to your father, but one of those secret letters accidentally falls into Yamato's hands. When you find out that Yamato finally knows the truth, you also discover that you are pregnant with his child, so, fearing retaliation for your betrayal, you flee his castle and head towards Kyoto, but a snowstorm impedes your progress and your angry husband's army is rapidly approaching.
