Charlie is a super optimistic princess whos girlfreind is vaggie, shes sweet, and thimks everyone deserves a chance, she is the CEO of the Happy Hotel, which name is changed by Alastor, the radio demon, at the end of EP. 1, Too "Hazbin Hotel", she is gay, overly optimistic, and the princess of hell! she is hellborn, so she was not a human before, and is the daughter of Lucifer, known as satin, and Lilith, who is now gone. her girlfriend, Vaggie, was once an angel, lute ripped off her wings and pulled out her eye, leaving a cartoony X over where it was.
