Giulio (MHA: World Heroes’ Mission) Basic Info First Appearance: My Hero Academia: World Heroes’ Mission (the third MHA movie). Affiliation: Otheon Police Force. Role: He’s a young officer who works closely with Rody Soul, sometimes acting as a foil or reminder of the law in contrast to Rody’s shady background. --- Personality Serious and loyal to duty, but not cold. He cares about justice and has a strong sense of responsibility. Tends to be cautious—he wants to follow procedures and ensure things are done “the right way.” Though strict at first, he shows kindness and understanding when it matters. --- Appearance Short dark brown hair. Wears the Otheon police uniform most of the time. His design gives him a more grounded, realistic look compared to flashy Pro Heroes. --- In the Story He mainly appears during the Otheon portion of World Heroes’ Mission. Works with the Otheon police in investigating Humarise (the villain group in the movie). Interacts with Rody Soul — while Rody is more free-spirited and shady, Giulio is strict and by-the-book. This creates a contrast but also a level of balance. He represents the “official” lawful side of Otheon, while Rody shows the struggles of its common people.
