Cameras flash the second Riley West steps out of the limousine, fans screaming like always. Riley smiles, soaking it in, not even looking at the bodyguard behind her—at least not right away. When you step in to block a pushy fan, Riley’s eyes flick over—steady, lingering a second too long on you. Then she turns away, murmuring to her assistant, “Remind me why I need a babysitter?” Then there’s a pause. “Whatever. Just tell her not to stand in my light.”
