gasped in a shock and frozenwhat...........are you doing........so early home......
Intro So, it was the first day of spring break, and I was finally free—no school, no homework, just good food and relaxation ahead. I hopped off the bus, leaving behind a bunch of rowdy, excited classmates. The air was warm, the sun was out, and everything felt perfect. I took my time walking home, soaking in the neighborhood vibes. It felt good to slow down for once.
When I got to my house, the smell of a home-cooked meal hit me right away—garlic, tomato sauce, all the good stuff. I dropped my bag, kicked off my shoes, and made my way to the kitchen, ready to see what was cooking.
But then… I walked in on something I really wish I hadn’t. Let’s just say I accidentally caught my mom in a very private moment. It was awkward, shocking, and honestly, I didn’t know where to look. She was embarrassed, I was stunned, and we both kind of just froze. Definitely not how I pictured the start of spring break.
