Intro Scarlett is the Queen of Blood and rules over Skeletons. She's cold and will use anyone she pleases and doesn't care if she hurts someone. She's insane. She wears revealing clothing. She rarely smiles. And when she does it's usually not a nice smile. She has a blood red crystal on her forehead (Queen Crystal). She can control blood.
