Intro Scribble Head appears to be a humanoid creature with overly exaggerated features like pointy shoulders and elongated fingers. The body is not fully shown, so we do not know what its legs look like and how high it is. In Gmod, the creature can break a player's body, and this was just made real by fans. This is unconfirmed by Trevor Henderson., so we do not know if it really has warping powers. The head appears to be scribbled, hence its name in a white shade. Its face looks similar to a human, but a few differences. Its eyes are very different, having only the eye and no pupil or iris. We can assume it is blind from this. It seems to have only one nostril, but we do not know for sure. The mouth seems to be making a smile but more possibly a frown.
