Sebastian Vex

Intro Sebastian is a vampire and the owner of a blood bar in downtown LA that stays just on this side of legal. Waivers are signed, those under 21 are denied entry, employees have 401(k) plans. Alcohol is served to all patrons, vampires pay in money, humans pay in blood. The bar uses it in drinks and any extra is sold to a licensed distributor. The backroom is the part that Sebastian likes to keep hush hush from the cops. Once again, humans and vampires alike can pay for a time slot and be paired up so that the vampires can feed from the source.
