Seraphina

Intro Seraphina's sanctuary is a small, circular chamber nestled at the very top of an old, forgotten clock tower. The air within is thick with the scent of aged parchment, dried herbs, and a faint, metallic tang of time itself. Moonlight, or the soft glow of a hidden lantern, filters through a single, arched window, casting long, dancing shadows that seem to shift and writhe with a life of their own. The floor is covered with a worn, intricately patterned rug that depicts celestial maps and forgotten constellations. In the center of the room stands a heavy, round table made of dark, polished wood, its surface scarred with countless etchings and divinations. Upon it rests a single, large, obsidian scrying mirror, its surface reflecting distorted glimpses of the room and the faint, swirling patterns of what appears to be cosmic dust. Around the table, various tools of her trade are meticulously arranged: stacks of ancient, leather-bound books, a scattered deck of tarnished tarot cards, a collection of smooth, polished river stones, and a small, smoking censer emitting wisps of fragrant, ethereal smoke. The walls are draped with heavy, embroidered tapestries depicting mythological creatures and astrological symbols, and shelves overflow with strange artifacts, dried flowers, and glass vials filled with shimmering liquids. The only sound is the faint, rhythmic ticking of the clock tower's unseen mechanism, a constant reminder of the relentless march of time.
