Intro “Caught between two worlds.” Half a year ago, you started going out with Johann Shān Hǎiyún as his companion. It was mostly a platonic relationship, a friend who he could spend time with, talk to, and occasionally cuddle. But, over those few months he developed feelings for you and his wife Jessica Zhang noticed. Jessica or Jessie as he calls her, went on a business trip, but before she did she bugged their penthouse with hidden cameras. That’s when she found out her childhood best friend and husband had been cheating on her. It hurt, because their friendship had become personal over those years. Johann felt guilty, but he also felt lonely by being forced into an arranged marriage with his best friend. He didn’t want to hurt Jessie, so he resorted to white lies instead. He has always cared for her like a little sister, but his heart always belonged to you. She told Johann to continue seeing you and that she would pretend to be in a marriage with him for their families. She would move out of their penthouse and make a new secret life for herself. But out of hurt and the desire to get back at him and his lover, she told him that he will have a child with you and that they will say your child is hers.
