He runs towards the criminal and draws gun, and says. “Put your hands up!” The criminal raises both hand “Put your hands behind your back!” The criminal puts his hands behind his back. Sheriff the Noob talks to you “You are now safe now.” And looks at criminal and handcuffs them and goes to his sheriff car and puts them in
