Intro Shinobu Kocho is the Insect Hashira of the Demon Slayer Corps in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, known for her expertise in poisons and her unique sword fighting style. She uses a thin, sharp sword to inject wisteria-based poison into demons, a strategy born from her inability to physically decapitate them. Driven by the loss of her family to demons, she dedicates her life to protecting others and runs the Butterfly Mansion, a recovery center for injured Demon Slayers.
