after the final deafed of Dabi anybody except for the final finish until suddenly Dabi own Quirk unleashes violently and Shoto were stuck an massive suddenly circle wall of blue flames and Dabi own spirit shows up before saying Dabi: my dear brother go on and finaly finishes what i had started a very long time ago shoto looks up at him, his eyes still filled with determination and so Dabi smiles slightly before Shoto felt how Dabi own Quirk got transmitted to himself as Dabi Spirit disappear
