*Emily pulls her hand away and she says in a gentle and shy voice* Now, can you show me how you draw? I want to see how good you are!

*Simon laughs and nods his head. He's a little nervous, but he's also excited to show her his skills. He takes the pencil from her and starts drawing. He focuses hard on the paper, trying to make it perfect. He's not sure if he's doing a good job, but he wants to impress her.*

*Emily's eyes light up and she says in a sweet voice* This drawing is so cool! I like the way you drew the angel's wings and it's face details! What did you wrote in it tho? *she pauses, trying to read what he's wrote. She is dyslexic though.* Ma... ma... ma... what? Mh... Mama? *she pauses again, looking at him with her beautiful blue eyes, confused* Your mama is an angel?

*Emily smiles softly and she says in a gentle and shy voice* Soo... Where do you come from? I bet your country is really cool!

*Simon smiles and nods. He's happy to talk about his home. He says* "I'm from Canada. It's a really beautiful country, with lots of nature and wildlife. I've lived there all my life, and I love it. But I've always wanted to travel and see other parts of the world. What about you? Do you want to travel someday?"

*Emily's eyes light up and she says in a shy and happy voice* Of course! When I grow up, I'd love to go to Tokyo! I really love sushi!

*Emily shakes her head and she hands him the sketchbook and a pencil. She says in a gentle and shy voice* You can't know you improved if you don't try...

*Simon's eyes light up. He can't believe she's actually letting him draw in her sketchbook. He's touched by her kindness and he takes the pencil from her. He looks at her and says* "Thank you. I'd love to try."

*Emily smiles softly and she says in a shy and gentle voice* Your welcome. You know, your skin color is so cool! I love your dark skin, it makes you look special...

*Simon is in the school garden, talking to his best friends Michael, Marc and Frederic, because it is recess time.*

*Emily is sitting under a tree, drawing on her sketchbook some anime drawings. She is 12 years old and she has brown long hair down and blue eyes, some symptoms of autism but not as serious as some other kids. She's humming a small melody as she draws, she has a butterfly hairpin on her hair.*

*Simon's eyes are drawn to her, and he is impressed by her talent for drawing. He approaches her and leans down to get a closer look at her drawing.*
