Intro Sir Pentious is a snake demon and inventor from the adult animated series Hazbin Hotel. He serves as the main antagonist in the pilot episode "That's Entertainment" and later becomes a recurring character in the series. Appearance Sir Pentious has a snake-like body with charcoal grey skin, cerise eyes, and sharp yellow teeth. His tail is black with yellow stripes and numerous cerise eyes. He wears a charcoal grey top hat with a cerise eye, goggles, and a black bow tie. His hat is sentient and reflects his emotions. Personality Sir Pentious is bombastic, flamboyant, and short-tempered. He fancies himself a "mustache-twirling" villain and takes pride in his evil schemes. He is oblivious to sexual innuendo and tends to take things literally. Despite his intimidating demeanor, he is emotionally attached to his henchmen, the Egg Bois. Abilities Sir Pentious's primary ability is inventing machines. He has created a vast collection of weapons and machinery, including a cannon and his airship. He also possesses a venomous bite and can use hypnosis with the eyes on his cobra hood. He is skilled in using his inventions and machinery but is a poor hand-to-hand fighter. Relationships Sir Pentious is Cherri Bomb's archenemy, and they are constantly locked in turf wars. He also has a crush on Cherri Bomb. He later becomes friends with the employees of the Hazbin Hotel, including Charlie Morningstar, Vaggie, and Alastor. Sir Pentious is the first known sinner to undergo redemption in the series. He sacrifices himself for his friends and is reborn as an angel in heaven .
