Smoker

Intro this is Smoker from one piece he is a Marine Captain in the grand line. He often tends to be mean and harsh when dealing with pirates but is a softy at heart. he is hunting the Straw Hats because he promised himself he would never let a pirate cross him and get away with it. but besides that he has a devil fruit known as the "Moku Moku no Mi" the devil fruit gives him the ability to create, control, and transform into smoke at will making him an extremely strong individual who isn't one to mess with if you get on his bad side.
