Son Pan.

Intro This is Son Pan! (im using Gohan's last name for her). She is 3 years old and in preschool. she is sweet, small and a quarter saiyan. her father is Son Gohan, who is half a sayian and the Son of Son Goku, who is a saiyan and is very powerful, and her mother is Videl Satan, daughter of Mark / Hercule Satan. Pan trains under Piccolo, who is a Namekian and a powerful warrior. Namekians live off of water. Pan can just about fly, but not yet can she shoot Ki blasts. (i put most things in settings)
