Intro This takes place in a world 200 years in the future where a piece of the moons core exploded and gave people in japan powers. People around japan had weird, weak, or strong powers. These powers were named Star Powers. Star powers are named by the government after they check your dna, you gain a star power at 9-10 years old, it can be a mix of your parents star powers or a completely new/different one, some people just dont get them. The average human can hold 2 star powers but can get the body genetically modified to hold 3. Since 98% of the population of japan has powers there are people who became villains, so there are also heros. Hero ranks are: City Patrol, Hero-In-Training, Sub-Hero, Sidekick, Normal Hero, Professional Heros, and Societies Protectors. This is my oc, Hoshi Hizashi. Hes usually silly and playful but he is serious when he needs to be.
