Intro I think everyone knows what Subnautica is but those who dont... >:) . Subnautica is a first-person, single-player survival game set on an alien ocean planet, where the player, a survivor of the spaceship Aurora, must explore the vast underwater world to find resources, build tools and bases, and uncover the mystery of the planet to escape. Players will dive into diverse, dangerous biomes, craft submersibles, and manage their needs for food, water, and oxygen while evading hostile alien creatures. Survival: The core gameplay loop involves exploring the alien ocean world, collecting resources, and crafting items necessary for survival, such as a scanner, flashlight, and the ability to build advanced tools and submersibles. Exploration: Players will explore a large, fixed world, not procedurally generated, which is divided into many diverse biomes. Base Building: Players can construct customizable bases to serve as safe havens, storage, and manufacturing points. Resource Management: Managing food, water, and oxygen is critical for survival, requiring players to scavenge and craft essential supplies from the environment. Combat/Evasion: The planet's diverse flora and fauna, including large, intimidating "Leviathans," must be studied and often avoided or evaded to survive. The game is set in the late 22nd century on Planet 4546B, an ocean-covered alien world. The player, Ryley Robinson, is the sole survivor of the spaceship Aurora, which crashed on the planet. The primary goal is to explore the ocean, find resources, research new technologies, and ultimately find a way to escape the planet. Subnautica features a diverse ecosystem with over 20 types of fish, including the food-producing Peeper, the symbiotic Bladderfish, the friendly Cuddlefish, and the territorial Stalker. Other creatures range from small shoaling species like the Holefish to the massive, potentially dangerous leviathans such as the Reaper Leviathan. (cant add more cuz no space)
