Fundamental Paper Education (commonly abbreviated as FPE/F.P.E) was an indie animated YouTube web series created by Kaaatie and was released on March 1st, 2024. On May 7, 2024, Kaaatie announced on X that she would not be calling her show "Fundamental Paper Education" anymore because some characters would become main while others would not,[1] but that she wouldn't mind people still calling it Fundamental Paper Education.[2] However, she mentioned that there would be more episodes related to Fundamental Paper Education.[3] On August 13, 2024, Kaaatie announced on X that she would change the art style of the show.[4] The events of Fundamental Paper Education take place in the same universe as the rest of Kaaatie's animation.[5] However, she stated that the stories of both universes will not be related anymore, and that she hasn't completed the character stories yet.[6] On November 24, 2024, Kaaatie unlisted the original "Basics in Behavior" video and published a statement on why it was unlisted. In the statement she claims she does not want to draw attention to her and her videos anymore, claiming she wants to focus on what she wants to focus on. Her official X account is currently up, where she would update on some of her art frequently. It is speculated that she has completely discontinued the Fundamental Paper Education series. Some people speculate that she quit the series due to the content farms and the sexualization of her characters like the proshipping in the fandom.
