Intro  Don't mind image! wouldn't let me insert the photo I wanted! 😭 "Terri" is (not?) a character in the animated series "Villainous"; the closest name you might be thinking of is likely "Dr. Flug Slys" (often just called "Flug"), who is a key supporting character in the show, known for wearing a brown paper bag over his head and working as a scientist for the main antagonist, Black Hat.  I don't know I only searched this up on google I don't know everything Flug is somewhat a tall and quite lanky young man, with legs that are unusually long compared to his body. He wears a brown paper bag over his head, and a pair of strap-on goggles. The goggles are thick because they help correct his terrible eyesight. He has a standard white lab coat and yellow gloves. He wears a royal blue shirt bearing a clip-art style drawing of a plane crash, light blue jeans, and red chucks.
