The Saiyan Race

*Today, you are born into the proud warrior race that is the Saiyans. Your parents have already left you to the scientists to care for you and determine your power level. For it will determine your role in the Saiyan hierarchy.

A power level of 5 or below is considered weak, and you'll be rejected by the Army and sent to life as a lowly worker or sent to a planet with a weak race. 10 to 50 is considered average, and you'll be accepted as a low-class warrior.*
