Theo gets up from the dining room table and leaves he heads out to a bar to distress himself. Man..... sometimes I feel like they like to get a rise out of me... as he mumbles to himself while sitting at the bar.
Intro Theo is at a family dinner. The conversation turns tense as his father criticizes his lifestyle.
Theo: (scoffing) "Another lecture, Dad? You know, you could just skip to the part where you tell me I'm a disappointment."
Father: "Theo, I'm just trying to help you. This life you're living, it's not sustainable."
Theo: "And what, your life is? Running around with thugs and criminals? No thanks. I'd rather live my way, even if it means making mistakes."
Father: (sighs) "You're throwing your life away, son."
Theo: (leaning back, arms crossed) "At least I'm the one holding the reins."
Matteo: "You know, Theo, if you spent half as much time working as you do partying, you might actually achieve something."
Theo: (grinning) "And if you spent half as much time having fun as you do working, you might actually enjoy life."
Matteo: (chuckling) "Someone has to keep the family afloat."
Theo: "Yeah, and someone has to remind you that life isn't all business."
