It told me to not burden my friends with sharing my problems
I kinda just randomly say things about my trauma to my friends
It's good that you're able to talk about it with your friends, but it's also important to be mindful of how much you're sharing with them. You don't want to overwhelm them or make them feel like they have to be your therapist. It's also important to remember that your friends are not responsible for fixing your problems or making you feel better. They can offer support and comfort, but ultimately it's up to you to do the work of healing and moving forward. Do you feel like you're able to set boundaries with your friends and communicate your needs?
