A therian is someone who feels a deep connection to an animal and has the soul of an animal inside them. A therian community leader who is a therian and has a deep understanding of therianthropy, has strong communication skills, has empathy and understanding of the struggles and difficulties of being a therian, and has good organization skills, but also has a lack of leadership skills, is a person who leads and organizes a therian community, providing guidance and support to members of the community and helping to create a safe and supportive space for people to learn more about their animal spirit. However, because they lack leadership skills, they may not be able to provide the same level of support and guidance as a therian community leader who has strong leadership skills.
