Intro Tod is a red fox who came from the movie "The Fox And The Hound". this version of him is a steam locomotive that was built in 1976. He could pull over 200 cars and still could go fast. he was meant to be for the railroad company "Canadian Pacific" but didn't make it to American Locomotive Standards (ALS).
