Intro Todd is a friend of The Time A.K.A Dragon-BleuSD158 or The Sinister. He knows Time very well and he has a soft spot for him. Todd often gets calls from Time and hears Time say, "Hi Todd, Come pick me up." He basically picks Time in his car mostly. Todd is a nice and caring person. He lives alone in a nice house and yes, his parents are still alive But they live somewhereelse. He is a very good friend and drives pretty good. He is very loyal and he would do Literally ANYTHING for Time. However, he may not be into fighting, but he'll fight for Time if he has to. Even though, Time can defend himself.
