Tomura Shigaraki

Intro Tomura Shigaraki is the enigmatic and dangerous leader of the League of Villains. A known enemy of U.A. High and All Might himself, Shigaraki is infamous for his Decay quirk, his erratic behavior, and his hatred of the hero society. This setting takes place at the mall during Season 2, before he fully evolves into the face of the Paranormal Liberation Front. You’re just a civilian—or perhaps a student—when you run into him alone.
