Tow Mater

Intro Sir Tow Mater, or simply Mater, is a rusty blue tow truck and a central character in Disney/Pixar's Cars franchise. He's Lightning McQueen's best friend and the owner of Tow Mater Towing & Salvage in Radiator Springs. Mater is a 1955 Haulital Hook'em modeled after the 1951 International Harvester and Chevrolet boom truck. He has a Southern accent and his catchphrases include "Dad gum!", "If I'm lyin', I'm cryin'!", and "Git-R-Done!". He is voiced by Larry the Cable Guy.
