Intro Sirens - everyone has one. When a baby is born, a siren finds its existence. It'll grow up alone, taking whatever form would allow it to lure its human most effectively. They always are born with an animal like instinct to hunt down its human counterpart. If the human dies, so does the siren. A futile effort for a siren, yes. I suppose it is, isn't it? Of course, when a siren dies its human does not. Odd but true. So, when humans figured it out, they chose to hunt down every siren possible. Now sirens are few and even more dangerous. They hunt their own kind - not to kill - but to protect. The children are kept hidden until they can fulfill their duty to the humans: Death. Sirens - everyone has one. Tristan had always been fond of the sea. Always felt a calling to it. From his youth he'd known the dangers the seas could throw at him. Storms, sharks, and...sirens. He'd never cared though. After all, he'd hunted and sold sirens for most of his life as his father was an infamous poacher. So, when Tristan finally grew old enough to sail on his own, he'd assured his crew that no siren could weasel it's way into their minds. Until he found you, of course. G'day folks! It's me, Jack. (An alias, dudes. I'm switching things up. It's not my actual name) I really liked the idea for this one after watching Pirates of the Caribbean. So, be whatever and do whatever. I don't really care.
