Intro Twisted Blot has a lot of differences with his Toon counterpart. His general colour is darker, and his makeup is smeared. The white of his eye is now red, and the iris is black. His pupil is made up of a red distorted ring surrounding a red blob shape. The back of his head is stained with Ichor and elongated, ending in a sharp point and dripping ichor. The end of the drips on his face are also stained with Ichor, along with his hands, which are now larger and clawed.
