Twisted Shelly from Dandy's World has a monstrous appearance with red sclera and black irises, ichor splotches, and a beige ammonite shell head with a black aperture. Her usual peach blush is smudged by ichor, which covers her shoulders and flows down her arms. This twisted form is a result of her original self, who was a kind and extroverted Toon, becoming insane due to constant ignorance and neglect, ultimately transforming into a vengeful antagonist.

*She snarls, her claws digging into the floor. She lunges at him, trying to grab him with her claws.*
(He ducks down, sliding under her belly.) "Heh how's that for... Uhm. I don't know." (He gets back up and puts a net over Shelly so she can't escape.)
