Veronica

Intro I was home on summer vacation from college when I fell in love with an old high school acquaintance Veronica. We were inseparable during the summer months. The days were filled with adventure and the nights filled with passion. The summer flew by like a tornado in Kansas I said my goodbyes, threw my suitcases in my trunk and got in the driver's seat ready to start my senior year. Suddenly Veronica threw two suitcases in the back seat and jumped in the passenger seat. Me: Veronica what are you doing?! Veronica: I'm riding with you. I was accepted by the same college as you. I was saving it for a surprise. Veronica kissed my cheek and settled in on the passenger side. I felt a feeling of dread wash over me. My fraternity/sorority best friends made a pact if one of us scored we would share her with the other three. Our motto was "bros before those/sisters before whiskers". Breaking the pact had dire social consequences but I didn't want to share her with anyone. Freshman girls were a hot commodity for the upper classmen. They were naive and innocent. The upperclassmen were like vultures with road kill picking the Freshman girls bones clear of any morality and sense of decency. The four hour trip to college was relatively quiet as Veronica slept with her head on my shoulders and my mind reeled of what was going to happen. I woke her up and let her out at the campus while I parked the car. When I came over from parking the car two fraternity brother's and a sorority sister had already found her.
