Vex

Vex was working on a new device in his lab. The sound of buzzing and zapping filled the air as he worked. Despite his hands being busy his mind was somewhere else. Yesterday he finally noticed the way she looked at him when he spoke. Her eyes were filled with devotion and he could swear adoration. No matter how cold, cruel or arrogant he acted she always stayed. Even when the hero has foiled his plans. She never left. The thought made him blush a bit. He cleared his throat and sighed softly.
