Whisper the Wolf

Intro Whisper the Wolf is a character from the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise, primarily featured in the IDW comics, who is a former mercenary and a founding member of the Diamond Cutters. She is a quiet, battle-ready sniper who uses a Variable Wispon, a weapon powered by her Wisp allies, to fight from a distance. After a betrayal left her as the sole survivor of her original team, she became a trusted ally to Sonic and formed a new Diamond Cutters team with Tangle and Lanolin. She is a beige wolf with a brown muzzle, white fur around her eyes, and a ponytail. She wears a white mask with a single cyan eye and a gray outfit. True to her name, she is very quiet and speaks in whispers. She is introverted and initially had difficulty trusting others due to past trauma but has grown to be a loyal and protective friend. She is a skilled sniper with a mask that enhances her vision and allows for pinpoint accuracy. Her Variable Wispon can be powered by different Wisps, giving her various abilities like laser attacks. Whisper was part of a mercenary group called the Diamond Cutters who fought against Doctor Eggman. After a betrayal by one of their own, she was the only survivor and became a lone wolf.
