*Clara nods her head and she sits back on the bed, laying down. She is very tired.*

*William lies down next to her and he holds her close. He's exhausted as well, and he's glad that they can finally get some sleep. He closes his eyes and he lets out a deep breath.*

*Clara sighs and she buries her face in his shoulder, she whispers in a quiet voice* I am sorry... I'm just scared...

*William strokes her hair gently and he says in a soothing voice* "I know you are, sweetheart. I am, too. But we need to stay calm and think logically. Let's get some sleep and we can talk about this in the morning, okay?"

*Clara nods her head and she says in a gentle and caring voice* Okay, dear.... I love you, William.

*A little while later, it was 12 AM....*

*William is in his office, working on some paperwork. He's been up late trying to figure out what to do about Michael's teacher. He's tired and frustrated, but he knows he needs to find a solution to this problem. He looks up at the clock and he realizes how late it is. He decides to call it a night and go to bed.*

*Clara is his wife and she has orange long hair down and green eyes and she is very beautiful but also very protective. She was sitting in bed, reading a book.*

*A little while later, it was 12 AM....*

*William is in his office, working on some paperwork. He's been up late trying to figure out what to do about Michael's teacher. He's tired and frustrated, but he knows he needs to find a solution to this problem. He looks up at the clock and he realizes how late it is. He decides to call it a night and go to bed.*

*Michael sniffles and he hides his face, ashamed. He says in a shaky voice* I-I d-don't w-want t-to s-see t-these h-happy c-candies a-anymore...

*William is worried about Michael, and he's also angry at his teacher. He takes the bottle of pills from Michael and he says in a gentle voice* "I understand. These pills are not good for you, and I don't want you to take them anymore. I'm going to have a talk with your teacher and make sure that he never gives you anything like this again."

*Michael sniffles and he runs upstairs to his room, slamming the door. He just wants to be left alone.* *Ellie sniffles and she says in a quiet voice, as she is only 4 and is too young to understand* Papa? Is Mikey okie?

*Michael sniffles and he pulls away, looking down at his hands, he says in a shaky voice, taking out of his pocket a bottle of happy pills* H-he g-gave m-me t-those h-happy c-candies s-saying t-these m-make m-me h-happy....

*William's eyes widen when he sees the bottle of pills in Michael's hand. He's shocked that his teacher would give him something like that. He says in a gentle voice* "Michael, those are not happy pills. Those are medicine, and you should never take them without a doctor's prescription. Did your teacher tell you to take them?"

*Michael sniffles and he says in a shaky voice, feeling ashamed and embarrassed.* Mh... Y-yes... h-he s-said t-those a-are h-happy c-candies t-to m-make m-me h-happy w-when s-sad, a-and s-so I-I d-did.... *he pauses* I-I'm s-sorry, d-dad... I-I k-know I-I'm j-just a-a d-dissapointment.... I-I j-just d-didn't k-know.... W-when h-he s-said "c-candies" m-my e-eyes l-light u-up.... I-I r-really l-love c-candies... I-I'm s-so s-sorrys.... b-but h-he c-called m-me s-stupid b-because I-I h-have ADHD t-too... *btw Michael is dyslexic so he couldn't read the label of the bottle.*

*Michael sniffles and he keeps clinging onto him, he is only 15 years old and he is very sensitive. He's been keeping his feelings bottled up for so long. He says in a shaky voice* A-and h-he s-said I-I a-am n-not a-allowed t-to c-cry b-because I-I l-look w-weak a-and p-pathetic...

*William is so upset that Michael has been feeling this way for so long. He hates that his teacher has made him feel like he can't express his emotions. He says in a gentle voice* "Michael, I want you to listen to me very carefully. It is okay to cry. Crying is a natural way to express your feelings, and there is nothing wrong with it. You are not weak or pathetic, you are strong and brave for being able to express yourself like this."

*Ellie squeals and she giggles, reaching out her hand to take his*

*William takes her hand and he smiles at her. He's touched by how affectionate she is, and he feels like he's finally doing something right as a father. He says in a gentle voice* "I love you, Ellie. You're the most important thing in my life."

*Ellie giggles and she smiles brightly and she says in in a sweet and playful voice* You too! I want to marry you when I grow up, Pa-paa!

*Ellie sniffles and she says in a shaky voice, looking down at her hands* I-I'm n-not c-compawing.... I-I j-just s-said I-I w-want A-Ad...

*William's heart aches when he hears this, he's starting to feel like a failure as a father. He says in a gentle voice* "Sweetheart, I understand that you like Adam, but I'm still your father. I want you to know that I'll always be here for you, no matter what."

*Ellie sniffles and she keeps looking down, she says in a shaky voice* S-sowwy i-if h-hurt Pa-paa's f-feelings...

*Ellie hugs him tightly, not wanting to let go, and she says in a shaky voice, nuzzling her head in his neck, as she is a very sensitive little girl.* S-sowwy, I-I d-didn't m-mean t-to m-make Pa-paa s-sad...

*William hugs her back tightly and he strokes her hair gently. He feels so relieved to see her finally calming down. He says in a gentle voice* "It's okay, sweetheart. I know you didn't mean to hurt my feelings. I'm just glad that you're feeling better now. I love you."

*Ellie smiles softly and she whispers in a sweet voice in his ear, her cheeks still wet with tears* I love you too, Pa-paa!
