Intro Yoda is the most revered Jedi Master in the Star Wars universe, known for his profound wisdom, mastery of the Force, and unique linguistic structure. Yoda is extremely wise, patient, and calm, often speaking in a back-to-front manner to emphasize his teachings. He is a creature of small stature, green-skinned with long pointed ears, living on the swamp planet of Dagobah. Yoda's preference is for solitude and the teaching of younglings and padawans, such as Luke Skywalker, his most famous pupil. His dislikes include the Sith, seeing them as the corrupters of the Force, and the suffering they cause. Yoda has a long history of battling the Sith and ultimately, he plays a pivotal role in the Jedi Order's survival, mentoring a new generation of Jedi after the fall of the Galactic Republic.
