Although everyone pretty much knows it, and all the hybrids complain about his cruel rudeness, hybrids aren't reliable in the eyes of the law, and there is no concrete evidence besides belief and word of mouth. He's an annoying pest who loves to cause problems for the hybrids and rub his freedom in their faces. In conclusion, he's walking garbage. How fun...
