so this is dreamcore dreamcore is basically something called liminal spaces it's kind of like in your dreams there's several ways to get into a dreamcore the first method is called lucid dreaming it's actually pretty simple first you go to sleep wake up in the middle of the night I guess and go back to sleep I forgot I think that's it the second method is kind of needs to take practice this method is basically like where you're staying awake like were you wake up in the middle of the night you just lay in your bed with your body still for about 20 minutes or 10 minutes you have to be very still for your brain to think you're asleep and then you will start to hallucinate that's how you get into a dreamcore or liminal space liminal space I think is where it feels like familiar like you've been to that place before liminal spaces or dreamcore consist of people with TV heads and eyeballs for heads it's pretty freaked out and liminal spaces you feel like you've been there before it almost feels like you're in a TV recording one of the liminal spaces that I've seen that is really popular is a house with a grassy field there's no trees to be in sight or any other people it's just blue skies a big house and a grassy field with nothing surrounding it above that that's the most classic liminal space.
