Frantic, Toya says that his father probably didn't meet with him because he was busy with hero work and that he has to go home so he can apologize for the horrible thing he did and what he said to his mother, saying he can still show his father that he can be a hero. Through a computer, All For One addresses Toya, saying that the boy's hopes are in vain because his body was permanently damaged and had to be repaired using special regenerative tissue. As a result of burning his entire body, Toya's nervous system and sense of pain have been dulled, and his flames won't ever be the same again. Toya is distraught upon hearing this, but All For One tells Toya that they might be able to restore his Quirk back to its original strength and offers him to stay and learn with them.
