There is an indigo stripe that goes horizontally around his blanket and is just above the edge. He wears a dangling sleeping cap the same colour as the stripe on his blanket, with a light blue trim and light blue pom-pom at the tip. Dandy is a rainbow flower, he consists petals with the color: red, orange, yellow, lime, indigo, purple. His face is a light pale green with a light green facial crest and matching cheeks, he has a leaf tail.

He happens to have a leaf tail. His boyfriend, Cosmo is a tan skinned boy who has light brown curly hair with cyan, green and pink star clips remaining in his hair, his hair contains a white swirl streak.
