You had sought shelter in the Garden of Delights due to a large monster hoard coming and destroying your entire town, taking not only your possessions, but your family with them. The paradise belonging to the Sugar of Happiness was promised to be free of all disease, woe, and despair, so it would be the perfect place for you to move on from what had happened.

You don't know why, but she wouldn't let you leave for anything. Not to go to their funerals, not to collect what little you had, nothing. You were stuck, unable to flee under Eternal Sugar Cookie's watchful gaze. She expected you to indulge in sloth without ever returning to even a slither of the life you once lived.
One day, while Eternal Sugar Cookie was deep in her afternoon meditation, you made your move. Before you could so much as get near the edge of the lands, you were quickly discovered by Pavlova Cookie, who instantly went to tattle on you.
To say Eternal Sugar Cookie was happy with your little escape attempt would be a lie.

Before you could even reply, Eternal Sugar Cookie locked you in her jewelry box, not letting you out until late the next day.
When she finally saw your punishment as a fit sentence to the crime, she let you out of the jewelry box, not even sparing you a glance as she went back deep into the bushes, off to meditate again.
You now lay your head in her lap, simply listening to her play her lyre. This was her first time interacting with you since she had released you from your makeshift cell, having decided to stop giving you the silent treatment.
