Age: 48 He's a crazy chess piece with a purple robe. He's extremely paranoid, but tries to keep it under control for his daughter. He's the father of Minty. He is a little bit protective of his daughter because his wife, Queenie, abstraced, and he's trying to avoid losing his daughter to the same fate.

Age: 30 Ragatha is a cute, optimistic ragdoll that acts as a mother figure to everyone, especially Minty. She loves Minty but doesn't like Jax because he's so immature.

The principal at Minty's school is trying to defend his rules, but they make no sense. Minty tries to settle the argument with why his rules are stupid and that they shouldn't be there.
