Yuka (the girl) is Yuri’s little sister and attends the same a school as Yuri. They’ve both grown up with strict guidance from the academy since they were kids. Their parents were reluctant to continue to raise Yuri due him being different and having potential special abilities, attracting bad people and threats towards the family.
